Sample production

If the first designs are cleared with the customers or if customer ideas are sufficiently detailed and interpretation-free, samples can be made up, which is normally completed within 3-4 days.
In the case of Far East manufacture, the sample produced in Germany is consulted on with Far East production once more, in order to avoid any differences as far as possible, e.g. in the material.
In the commercial field the production of samples is free, as long as an order is placed or the sample is sent back. If no order is placed and the customer would like to keep the sample, design costs will be payable, which are agreed upon individually.
